I have contacted Dirk at short notice and he was able to inspect the house on Saturday after only being asked the day before. He delivered the report on Sunday and it was incredibly thorough and detailed. Dirk even inspected areas that were outside the original scope, which was very much appreciated. Excellent service, very professional. Highly recommended.

Dirk was very thorough, and very professional. His experience and knowledge helped us spot every potential red flag when buying our rental home.
He was on schedule, had a wonderful demeanor and always friendly, and made sure we could understand the detailed report we were given at the end. He also has a pest guy he uses, who was also thorough and fantastic in his role.
Could not recommend Dirk highly enough for building inspections, nothing but high praise with our experience.

A HUGE THANK YOU. We gave Dirk a call to help us with a building inspection. After a lot of back and forth with the builders of our house to come back and fix things and them not turning up. Dirk spent hours going over our house thoroughly, the report was so good the builders were at the house the day after they got it. We have been recommending Dirk's service to everyone. Money very well spent, and he saved us big time for in the long run. Dirk was also patience and kind to our 4 year that wanted to show him everything. Thank you again, Dirk.

Dirk was very quick with building inspection. He saved me thousands of dollars by doing proper inspection and going to the roof. Anyone thinking that they don’t need inspection because the house is brand new. I would say think again and look at the photos attached of brand new house. All the wooden slabs not suppose to be there as per design. Thanks Dirk 👍
